Digital Services & Platform Features
- Micro jobs, social marketing, ads marketing, typing jobs, quiz jobs, mining features and other digital services may be subject to verification before rewards are processed.
- Completed or successfully delivered services are generally non-refundable.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate account and payment information.
- Technical issues may be reviewed and resolved within a reasonable processing period.
Jobs, Marketing & Reward Services
- Campaigns or jobs already started may not qualify for full refunds.
- Partial refunds may be considered for unfinished or cancelled campaigns.
- Fake proofs, spam, automation, bots or policy violations may result in rejected rewards or cancelled payments.
- Referral rewards, leadership bonuses, mining rewards and target bonuses are subject to platform verification and eligibility.
Wallet & Add Balance Policy
- Successfully added balance is generally non-refundable as cash.
- Wallet balance may be used across eligible platform services.
- Payment gateway issues may require transaction verification before resolution.
- Fraud, chargebacks or suspicious activity may result in temporary balance restrictions.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect information submitted by the user.
- Successfully completed digital services or campaigns.
